Raffle Fundraiser for New IV System to Replace Obsolete One at CHC



Micronesia - The Commonwealth Health Center Volunteers Association launched its annual Thanksgiving Turkey Basket Fundraiser Tuesday.  This year, CHCVA aims to raise $400,000 for the purchase of state-of-the-art Alaris IV system equipment for treating patients who need to have fluids administered intravenously.  The hospital’s current system is obsolete and is no longer being manufactured.  CHCVA is now selling raffle booklets at $5 Among the raffle prizes are 30 Thanksgiving Turkey Baskets, A baby grand prize of $200 in cash was donated by Gov. Ralph Torres and first lady Diane Torres.  As for the grand prize, it is two round-trip tickets to Manila courtesy of Philippine Airlines.  www.fundraising-ideas.org
