Eau Claire, WI - Local dancers
and musicians are teaming up for a fundraising event to benefit the Eau Claire
Chamber Orchestra. ECCO will host “Très
Brillant II: An Evening of Ballet and Chamber Music” on Wednesday at The
Florian Gardens. “The fundraiser is a
special event in and of itself because it is an original ballet accompanied by
a live orchestra of 13 members,” said ECCO general manager Elizabeth Hart. There are about 50 dancers, ranging in age
from 5 to 18, choreographed by Stephanie Kling and Miki Hegg from Eau Claire
School of Dance. The dancers are accompanied by members of ECCO, conducted
by Ivar Lunde Jr. www.fundraising-ideas.org Saturday, December 5, 2015
