fare, but Safe Place, Washington County Child Advocacy Center said it seems
like a good idea to them. Friends of
Safe Place, the nonprofit branch of the center on North Walnut Street in
Hagerstown, hosted its first Ugly Christmas Sweater Party last year and received
a favorable response. This year, the
Ugly Christmas Sweater Party will be at Hager Hall Conference and Event Center
