Rancho Mirage, CA - As
charities in the desert go, The First Tee program of the Coachella Valley is a
pretty good one. After all, the program not only teaches golf to juniors, it
also teaches the nine core values of the sport that can easily fit into the
rest of the junior’s life. A game for life and life skills is a pretty strong
combination for a single charity to dole out.
So perhaps it is no surprise that when the folks at The Springs Club in
Rancho Mirage looked for a charity that could use money raised during the
fundraising tournament held annually at the Rancho Mirage country club, it was
